Magnitude Information Systems, Inc. (Magnitude) (BULLETIN BOARD: MAGY) announced the following developments concerning its recent shareholder voting proxy results, completed January 29, 2009 (see also Magnitude Information Systems, Inc.).
Over 98% of the votes cast by shareholders approved an increase in the number of authorized common shares available for corporate actions.
