SANTA ANA, Calif., May 5 /PRNewswire/ -- SRS Labs, Inc. (Nasdaq-NNM: SRSL) announced today that it has been awarded two Japanese patents and four European patents covering aspects of its core Sound Retrieval System(R) (SRS(R)) technology. All of the European Patents designate the issuance of a patent in the following countries: France, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Switzerland. In addition, three of the granted European Patents also designate the country of Sweden for a total of twenty-three newly-issued patents across various European countries.
