Net Income Increases 172% Over Year Ago Period
DURHAM, N.C., April 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Cree Research, Inc. (Nasdaq: CREE) today announced record quarterly revenue of $6,966,000 for the quarter ended March 31, 1997. This revenue represents an increase of 93% over $3,618,000 reported for the third quarter of the prior year. For the nine months to date the company reported revenue of $20,494,000 which is a 95% increase over $10,494,000 for the comparable period of the prior year.
