Azerbaijani private company Norm LLC has announced a tender to engineer and construct Qizildas Sement plant in the country, the company said in a message.
The tender envisages construction of the entire advanced technology cement production set dry production, including establishment of necessary infrastructure, supply and crushing of raw materials, as well as storage, packaging and sale of finished products. Equipment and technology meets the most modern and strict European environmental standards, the company said.
