Promoters of Ucal Fuel pledge 49 pc stake
Mumbai, Feb 17 (PTI) -- Auto Ancillary firm Ucal Fuel Systems today said one of its promoters pledged 49.32 per cent stake in the firm.
The promoter - Carburettors Ltd - pledged over 68.52 lakh equity shares with lenders, Ucal Fuel Systems said in a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange.
