May 6--Keeping track of 2nd Ave.'s latest plans and projects: Second Avenue is constantly changing. Here are some of the more recent developments along the busy downtown strip:
-- McDonald's, at 139 Second Ave. N., closed Wednesday. The restaurant cited poor sales, especially during dinner and weekend hours. It opened less than two years ago.
The company is subleasing the property and will not comment on potential tenants.
-- Graham Central Station, a $5 million entertainment complex, is supposed to open this summer at 128 Second Ave. N. Located two doors up from the Wildhorse Saloon, it will include a mega-sports bar, ...
