ANNAPOLIS, Md. -- Questions about CVS Caremark's privacy practices are being raised today by Maryland lawmakers who seek to outlaw the practice of selling prescription information. Some retail pharmacies and pharmacy benefit managers (PBM), like CVS Caremark, sell prescription data to third parties to be used in marketing for drug companies and other purposes.
