Bloomberg reported that Russia is in talks to build and run a USD 20 billion nuclear plant in Turkey as it seeks to diversify electricity supplies away from natural gas. Mr Dmitry Medvedev president of Russian said after a meeting in Moscow with Turkish counterpart Mr Abdullah Gul said that the countries are interested in developing ties in the sphere of electricity and nuclear energy.
