Commercial Grounds Care, Inc. of Johnson Creek, Wis.--manufacturer of BOB-CAT, Bunton, Ryan and Steiner brand grounds care equipment--and Schiller-Pfeiffer, Inc. of Southampton, Pa.--manufacturer of Classen, Little Wonder and Mantis brand gardening, landscaping and turf care equipment--have merged to create Schiller Grounds Care, Inc.
The two companies have been affiliates since August 2006. The merging of Commercial Grounds Care (CGC) and Schiller-Pfeiffer, Inc.
