SOUTHFIELD, Mich., May 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Joyce V. Hayes-Giles has been selected by the board of Blue Care Network of Southeast Michigan to serve on the health plan's 15-member board of directors. She is one of three employer- group representatives on the BCNSEM board of directors and will serve a three- year term.

Ms. Hayes-Giles lives in Detroit and is heavily involved in her community, currently serving on the boards of the Detroit Urban League, the National Association of Blacks in Energy, the Wayne County Child Care Coordinating Council, the Michigan Child Care Coordinating Council and the Children's Aid Society.
