Oak Ridge Business Center is a 567-acre master planned business center and is the largest single development within the 1200-acre Vista Business Park.
Located in the City of Vista, Oak Ridge Business Center is Mitsui Fudosan (USA), Inc's. second master planned development in San Diego's North County. The first was Palomar Airport Business Park, a 333-acre development situated in the City of Carlsbad, just 5 miles west of Oak Ridge. With outstanding success, Palomar was developed over a 14-year period spanning from 1973 to 1987.
