Gauteng Premier Paul Mashatile is directly responsible for the wrongdoings of disgraced ANC spin-doctor Carl Niehaus, and should take the fall for this.

Jack Bloom, leader of the opposition in the Gauteng legislature, this morning launched an attack on Mashatile, calling for him to take personal responsibility for the Niehaus saga.
