Sun-Times Media Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets: SUTM) announced its Board of Directors has elected Jeremy L. Halbreich as Chairman of the Board and Interim Chief Executive Officer and Robert A. Poile as Vice Chairman. The Company also announced the election of Rick Surkamer as President and Chief Operating Officer and James McDonough as Chief Administrative Officer. Mr. McDonough will also continue as the CompanyEs General Counsel. In addition, the Company has named John Barron as Publisher of the Chicago Sun-Times.
