The president of the San Francisco 49ers says he can't understand why local voters appear to be highly skeptical of a $100 million bond measure to help finance a new stadium for the team.
"I beg you for advice," Carmen Policy said Tuesday afternoon during a lunch meeting of the Bay Area Municipal Forum. "If any of you can help me with this and help me understand it a little better and help me open my mind to the pro- cess and perhaps become more objective than I am, I welcome it."
