A report from the city manager Tuesday led the North Salt Lake City Council to pick a new construction manager for the $4 million to $5 million city hall project.North Salt Lake-based Hughes General Contractors will manage the buildings construction for between $64,000 and $80,000, depending on the final cost of the new city hall.
