Dana Renae Brooks and Alexander Lewis Shoemake were united in marriage on Saturday, September 29, 2007, at Wesson Baptist Church with Rev. Mike Cart officiating.
Dana is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Brooks of Monticello and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Pettigrew II of Wesson. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Brooks, Mrs. Sylvia Givens and the late Mr. L.T. Givens of Monticello; Mr. and Mrs. Udell Berch of Saraland. Alabama; and Mrs. Wilma Pettigrew and the late Mrs. Peggy Berch of Wesson. She is a graduate of Copiah-Lincoln Community College, Mississippi College, and the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy.
