Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has arranged the sale of Charter Oak Marketplace, a 259,056-square foot shopping center in Hartford.
Charter Oak Marketplace was listed at $19.25 million, or $74 per square foot. The property was subject to a ground lease from the city of Hartford.
Sharon Bands, a vice president investments and a senior director of Marcus & Millichap's National Retail Group in Manhattan, represented the seller, Centro Properties, and also secured the buyer, a New Jersey-based shopping center REIT.
