(Nasdaq: MCSX) today announced that it will provide administrative services to a subsidiary of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas, Inc.* in the STAR+Plus Program recently announced by the Texas Department of Health. The STAR+Plus Program is a demonstration project in Harris County, Texas that will provide comprehensive managed health care services to aged, blind and disabled Medicaid beneficiaries, including those needing long-term care services.
