Norwegian ferry and public transport operator Hurtigruten ASA (OSE:HRG) announced on Monday (23 February) that it has completed its previously announced sale of the travel agency Bergenske Reisebyra AS to VIA Travel Norge AS.
The NOK52m deal, initially announced in December 2008, was conditional on approval from the Norwegian competition authorities.
