By: Zubair Babakarkhel KABUL February 21, 2009 (PAN) -- Experts said that the government has failed to provide education to children in their mother language in Afghanistan, as the mother language day was observed across the globe on Saturday (Feb 21). 21 February was proclaimed International Mother Language Day by the UNESCO on 17 November, 1999. According to Afghan constitution of 43 article, the government is bound to publicize uniform education all over the country to provide education to the children in mother tongue in each remote part of the country in the language they speak.
