Karachi, February 23 (PPI): The mental exercises are said to be beneficial to protect against memory loss in old age. Contrary to popular belief, losing memory is not a normal part of aging. While there is some decline as we age, it is not serious enough to cause trouble later in life as long as we remain physically and emotionally healthy. Most age-related losses in memory actually result from inactivity and a lack of mental exercise. Just like other organs in the body, the brain will atrophy if its not used.
