Constellation Energy announced the appointment of James L. Connaughton, former chairman of the White House Council on Environmental Quality, as its executive vice president, corporate affairs, public and environmental policy.
A newly created role, the appointment is effective Feb. 24, 2009. Connaughton will report to Michael J. Wallace, vice chairman, Constellation Energy.
