DENVER, Feb. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- The Better Business Bureau recently introduced a new rating system to increase consumer confidence and make it easier to find a reputable company, according to Dale Mingilton, President and CEO of the BBB Serving Denver/Boulder.
Replacing the old "satisfactory" or "unsatisfactory" ratings, the new system assigns grades A+ through F to companies, which allows consumers to more easily and quickly identify and compare the reliability of comparable businesses.
