NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 22, 1997--MegaWorld, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: NSVI) a multimedia and entertainment company, announced today the forthcoming publication of a new magazine dedicated to the celebration of New York City as The Greatest Metropolis in the World.

Called NYC-New York City, the magazine will be a valentine to the city, covering New York in depth in a way different from anything on the newsstands today, and reflecting every aspect of life in the city.
