SEATTLE, May 23 /PRNewswire/ -- A group of investors led by Mike Lavigne, through their new travel company, Global Leisure Inc., have served notice they intend to become a major force in the travel industry by taking a majority stake in the Sunmakers Travel Group and by entering into a definitive agreement to acquire Jetset Tours Inc., North America (NA), for an undisclosed price.
