HOLDEN - Although the number of people seeking assistance from the Wachusett Food Pantry is climbing steadily, pantry president Karen A. Halley says she plans on meeting every eligible need.
"We've never run out of food, and we don't intend to," Ms. Halley said. "We will make enough for everyone."
The Wachusett Food Pantry was established in 1995 as an emergency food source for the residents of Holden, Paxton, Princeton, Rutland and Sterling.
Proof of residency is the only requirement to receive the confidential assistance. Nonresidents may seek assistance through the Worcester County Food Bank by calling (508) ...
