Swedish technology trading group Addtech AB (OMX Stockholm:ADDT B) said on Wednesday (25 February) that it has agreed to sell its Finnish subsidiary Insmat Oy to a group of private investors.

Insmat sells accessories for mobile telephones, cameras and computers, as well as electronic equipment to resellers, primarily in Finland. The company has 11 employees and annual revenues of SEK45m.
