The cavernous Parker Hannifin Corp. headquarters on Euclid Avenue in Cleveland will be vacated this summer, but odds are the 500,000-square-foot building won't sit empty for long.
Although no decision has been made regarding the building's redevelopment, interest in the property is high and at least one local business executive has offered to acquire it for a variety of uses, including manufacturing operations that could employ as many as 300 workers over the next five years.
