BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya, Feb. 25 (PNA) -- The national government's provision of more than 38 kilometer additional farm-to-market roads, water systems and other projects in various villages in the province in 2008 has improved the living condition of villagers in the countryside. Provincial agrarian reform officer Joselito Garcia said that the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) have completed 14 farm-to-market roads in the province's six towns, put-up six potable water systems in four towns, repaired five communal irrigation systems in four towns and established shallow tube well and a post harvest facility in two towns.
