MANILA, Feb. 26 (PNA) -- President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo will keynote tomorrow, Friday, the 28th joint meeting of the Philippine-Japan economic cooperation Committee (PHILJEC) and the Japan-Philippines Economic Cooperation Committee (JPECC) and promote the Philippines as the most ideal investment destination yet in Southeast Asia. The event will be held at the Manila Peninsula Hotel in Makati City.
