THE on-going Turn Around Maintenance (TAM) of the Kaduna Refinery is expected to gulp about $20million according to the Group General Manager (GMD) of the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Mr. Mohammed Barkindo. Speaking in his office while receiving Mr. Mohammed Meziane, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Algerian Sonatrac oil company, Mr. Barkindo stressed the importance of keeping the refinery in good order in view of its strategic importance to northern states.
