Normandy Real Estate Partners announced the company experienced a successful 2008 in leasing activity, including a strong year in leasing income and occupancy levels at company-owned properties.
With a portfolio that includes Greater Boston, Washington, D.C. Metro, and New Jersey Tri-State properties, Normandy completed approximately one million square feet of lease transactions with aggregate leasing totaling $122 million, while occupancy levels increased compared to 2007.
