ARVADA, Colo., May 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Alina International Industries Ltd. today completed its name change to Addwest Minerals International, Ltd. (VSE: ADU) and its one-for-ten share rollback. By consolidating ten old shares into one new, the Company now has 25,854,955 shares outstanding on an undiluted basis. Addwest Minerals International Ltd. also is pleased to announce an increase of 20,950 ounces, or 77,000 tons grading 0.272 ounces per ton, in proven and probable reserves at its Gold Road underground gold mine in Arizona.
