New Tower to Cater to Discerning Business and Leisure Travelers
NEW YORK, June 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Millennium Broadway, a four-star hotel situated in the heart of the Times Square area, announces the purchase of a 60' x 100' site on West 44th Street (east of Broadway), adjacent to the hotel's historic Hudson Theatre. The hotel, whose parent company is CDL Hotels International, plans to build a 22-story hotel tower, scheduled to open in January 1999. The addition will increase Millennium Broadway's total room count by 122 to 749.
