READING Mr Dulson's memories of Sparkbrook in the Sunday Mercury left me with both a smile and a tear.
We were the Twiss family of No 2 Sydenham Grove, Sydenham Road, Sparkbrook. Being at the bottom of the Grove, we were opposite Alldays and Onions Foundry, where my grandfather drove the overhead crane.
