For those who would ask the secret to success, Kay Kelley Arnold has a very simple answer: "I don't think there are any real secrets."
"Work hard and focus on what you're trying to get done. Even more than hard work and intellect, you have to have the will to accomplish something. To me, if there is a secret, that's the secret.
"A lot of people say the secret is that you have to be smart, you have to have brains, and you have to have tons of education. Certainly all of that helps, but I'm not blessed with a huge brain and a quick wit. I'm blessed by being stubborn.
