TWO new properties of the Holiday Inn Express brand will come to the UAE and Bahrain during 2009. The InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and Ishraq Gulf Real Estate Holding Company are due to open the Holiday Inn Express Dubai Airport this summer in the Al Garhoud district. Offering 381 rooms, this will be the fourth Holiday Inn Express in the emirate. Holiday Inn Express Manama will be the brand's first venture in the Middle East outside Dubai. The 249 room property is expected to open in the third quarter of 2010.
