THE Ramada Plaza Doha opened the doors to its newest restaurant Picasso's last month. Picasso's, a Spanish Tapas bar, is located on the first floor of the east wing of the hotel. Tapas is the name given to a range of appetizers in Spanish, and these are served both hot and cold and should be enjoyed within a group of friends, family or colleagues along with drinks. "The serving of Tapas is thought to encourage conversation because people are not so much focused on eating an entire meal," said Robin Hawksworth, food an beverage manager at the hotel.
