SASEBO, Japan (NNS) -- Commander, Naval Forces Japan (CNFJ),held an all-hands admiral's call Feb. 26 at Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS).

With a long history in Japan, Rear Adm. James D. Kelly, previously led Commander Task Force 70 aboard USS Kitty Hawk (CVN 63) from 2003 to July 2005, when he took on his current duties as regional commander. With his April retirement and change of command ceremony rapidly approaching, he reminisced about his time in Japan with Sasebo Sailors.
