Canadian auto retailers now can get back to the basics without leaving the office.
"Introduction to the Used Vehicle Industry," a correspondence course launched this month by the Used Car Dealers Association of Ontario, is designed for fledgling and longtime car dealers alike.
The 3,200-member association calls the course the first in Canada. It covers nuts-and-bolts legal, business, and ethical issues rather than teaching dealers how to sell.
