I AM amazed that Rodney Masters' article (February 26) on the possible elimination of Cappa Bleu from the Cheltenham Foxhunter Chase did not arouse much more comment, as there are some very serious principles at stake.
There is the perennial old chestnut of the desirability of old former stars returning to hunter chasing, which is clearly a debatable issue and one that has been mulled over again and again by the representative associations of the various involved parties. It is certainly debatable ...
