NORTHBORO - What makes a great cup of coffee?
That may be the age-old question.
Is it in the coffee beans? Is it how you brew it? Is it a combination of everything?
Armeno Coffee Roasters says it starts with a great bean. "We roast only mid-crop, 100 percent Arabica beans from around the world," said Chuck Coffman, co-owner of Armeno, housed in a 200-plus-year-old grist mill on Smith Pond. "We import the green beans, which have no flavor, and then we roast them and send them out daily around New England."
