New PECL buffer is 67 percent faster to provide higher data throughput

DALLAS, March 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI) today introduced a family of eight positive emitter-coupled logic (PECL) buffers, translators and splitters for clock and data management. These devices provide flexibility by operating at various power supplies of 2.5 V, 3.3 V and 5 V. The SN65LVEP11 is a 3-GHz differential, 1 to 2 fanout buffer that can operate in either a 3.3-V or 2.5-V power supply, which enables lower power consumption designs.
