Four firms are to bid for the SR1.5bn ($400m) contract to build the King Abdulaziz Centre for Knowledge & Culture in the Eastern Province, which will house the kingdom's first public cinema.
Shortlisted firms include Saudi Binladin Group and Saudi Oger, both local, Athens-based Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) and Turkey's Baytur Construction & Contracting Company.
