WASHINGTON -- The international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP announced that Andrew G. Berg has joined its Washington, D.C. office as a shareholder in the antitrust litigation and corporate and securities practice groups. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Berg was a partner with Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal, where he was the national chair of the antitrust, competition and marketing practice group.
His practice is concentrated on litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and other antitrust and competition-related matters before the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice (DOJ). He also represents clients before ...
