In a transaction arranged by Insignia/Edward S. Gordon Co., Inc.'s (Insignia/ESG) Saddle Brook, NJ office, JC Penney Company has leased 106,450 square feet at 116 Lehigh Drive in Fairfield, NJ. Insignia/ESG's Benjamin Katz represented JC Penney in the negotiations. The lease term is for 15 years.
