SHREWSBURY - All season, Sutton's 1-2 combination of Jon Copeland and Stefan Forsberg has been doing the job for the Sammies, so why should last night have been any different?
Copeland scored a game-high 25 points, while Forsberg added 18 - including eight key points to help put the game away - as top-seeded Sutton defeated No. 4 Maynard, 58-45, in a Division 3 semifinal at Shrewsbury High.
After the Tigers cut the lead to 28-26 to start the third quarter, Forsberg ignited a 12-0 run with a pair of 3-pointers and a layup to push Sutton's lead to 10.
