Hospital renovations -- even fairly dramatic ones -- rarely bring traffic to a standstill.
The transformation occurring at the Texas Scottish Rite Children's Hospital (TSRCH) in Dallas probably won't either, but, if nothing else, it will force visitors to reconsider where they park. In order to accommodate growth and consolidate departments, TSRCH is converting a four-story, on-site parking structure into clinical and research space.
