Captive domiciles are usually formed through enabling legislation and must be prepared to take on the tasks of oversight and regulation. Domiciles may use different criteria to define captives. In some places, the law may permit captives, even if no captives are currently in place. The information below, unless otherwise noted, was provided by each domicile.
