SANTA ANA, Calif, June 16 /PRNewswire/ -- SRS Labs, Inc. (Nasdaq-NNM: SRSL), has announced today the promotion of Kris Woods to the newly created position of sales and business development manager. Reporting to SRS Labs' vice president of sales, Jim Lucas, Woods will be responsible for the research and development of sales programs for use with overseas chip representatives and manufacturers. The programs she develops will streamline the Company's licensing procedures for chip representatives, manufacturers and prospective licensees and will support the Company's worldwide semiconductor licensing strategy.
